Product Introduction:
This product is formulated with various functional additives such as heat stabilizers, high-temperature antioxidants, detergent dispersants, and rust inhibitors. By selecting appropriate base oil and adding 0.7-1.0% of composite agent, a heat transfer oil that meets the ISOLQC standard can be prepared. ISOLQC thermal oil is suitable for overall oil temperature not exceeding 320 ℃. A forced closed loop system with a heat source contact surface temperature not exceeding 360 ℃ interface temperature. The product quality is comparable to Mobil therm600, Mobil therm605, and Esso therm 500 mineral oil based heat transfer oils from Mobil Oil Company.
Main purpose and characteristics:
1. Good oil solubility: It has good compatibility with refined mineral oil and synthetic oil, and the prepared heat transfer oil is a homogeneous liquid without layering or precipitation.
2. Excellent thermal stability: The modulated heat transfer oil can be used for a long time within the specified operating temperature without decomposition or coking.
3. Excellent corrosion resistance: Products formulated with composite agents pass the corrosion test without the need for any anti-corrosion measures.
4. Good thermal conductivity and high thermal efficiency: Products formulated with suitable base oils are comparable to similar foreign products.
5. It will not affect the flash point and self ignition point of the modulated product. No toxic side effects.

Note: Select deep refined 150SN as the base oil and add 0.7% of this product. Test and check the content of high boiling point substances in the oil according to DIN51528 method.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packaged in a 180 kg iron drum, this product is non flammable, non explosive, and classified as a non hazardous material. It is prone to water absorption and deterioration, and should be stored in a waterproof and sealed place in a cool and dry place.
