On November 9, 2015, our manager Zhao Yu led a team to visit the Advanced Lubricating Materials Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Advanced Research, and had an in-depth conversation with the laboratory's academic leaders, Dr. Li Jiusheng, Xu Bo, and Zhang Bo. We look forward to the complementary advantages and cooperation between the two in the field of new product development and industrial production of lubricating oil additives.

The Advanced Lubricating Materials Laboratory of Shanghai Institute of Advanced Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is located in Zhangjiang High tech Park, Shanghai. It focuses on the research of processing technology and application technology of high-end lubricating base oil, focusing on the demand of machinery equipment for high-end lubricating grease, combined with the development trend of modern lubricating oil technology. At present, research has been conducted on coal to olefin separation technology, application of biomass co decomposition of alpha olefins, PAO production process, and fully synthetic industrial lubricants.
